Role & Qualifications
Very well established Leeds city centre based law firm are looking to recruit a Law Costs Draftsperson to work within their Claimant Personal Injury Department.
The role will involve dealing with the preparation of bills through to settlement, handling own caseload. Duties would also include the negotiation of costs and settlements, drafting schedules and civil costs bills for personal injury cases.
Candidates should have experience of dealing with multi-track cases, have a very strong technical knowledge of current cost issues and a strong understanding of CPR.
Also, candidates must be hard working and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail and have good negotiation skills.
